Kirin Cup

This is the impressive replica of the Kirin Cup Trophy won by the Scotland men's national team in 2006. It was Scotland's first trophy since 1985 when they beat England at Hampden Park to win the Rous Cup.

Japan needed to beat Scotland by three goals to deny the visitors the title and were unlucky not to be ahead by halftime in the rain-soaked city of Saitama, Japan. Scotland held the Japanese champions to a 0-0 draw, allowing Scotland to win the three-nation Kirin Cup. #scottishfootballmuseum
